For the Fredonia Project, we worked closely with The Warren to help bring the renovation and overall build out to life; collaborating throughout both the design-build process and construction execution. The project centered around transforming a charming Hollywood Hills bungalow for a growing family while preserving the warmth, character, and quirky nature that originally drew the clients to the home.

Our scope included the primary bathroom, primary bedroom, and nursery addition, each approached with a balance of craftsmanship, functionality, and thoughtful detailing. The primary bathroom was completely reimagined with elevated ceilings, clerestory windows, custom walnut millwork, and a highly detailed material palette that blended warmth, texture, and natural light. Particular attention was given to the execution of the custom finishes and architectural detailing, requiring close coordination between design and construction throughout the process.

In the primary suite, we constructed custom wardrobe-style closets and integrated millwork elements designed to maximize storage while maintaining the home’s soft, understated aesthetic. The nursery expansion added both square footage and long-term functionality for the growing family, while preserving the original charm and architectural language of the home.

This project was a true collaboration between client, designer, and builder; resulting in a home that feels intentional, highly personal, and deeply livable.
